    • Not too amazing. Intel goes ex-dividend next Tuesday. Notice that todays Intel trading range was $24.40 - $24.67 and that the range is within a dividend range of the $24.50 Option strike.

Notice that with Intel trading at $24.495, the In The Money $20 call options ALL have the same BID/ASK. You can buy a $20 $20 CALL option THROUGH APRIL 2014 for ZERO premium.

The PREMIUM curve of an option is a bell shaped curve with the PEAK at the strike point. When you deal with multiple trade prices, the peak can be in the CENTER. The PEAK premium point of $25 option trades and $24 option trades combined is at $24.50.

The trading price of Intel is being STRANGLED by dividend arbitraging. Look up OPTION STRANGLE. 8-)

    • Too funny, as INTC did not outperform the qqq today, as both dropped essentially the same percentage amount from overbght conditions, the QQQ from a new recovery high.
