    Verizon and Intel TV

These 2 articles gives a good picture of Verizon's plan for Intel TV.

Verizon plans to offer LTE to the home as a similar service to what you get with broadband service. They plan to roll out the TV service with the LTE service, so that you can receive live tv from anywhere, on any device on their lte network.

I hope Intel partners (rather than sell the whole service) with Verizon and still maintain control of OnCue. That way, they can make similar partnerships with others.
