    Questions about the Volcker Rule

    If banks are not allowed to trade for themselves, then the period up to the start of the Rule should be extremely volatile. First, banks need to sell their holding. Second, they are going to try to manipulate the **** out of the market before they get out.

    For INTC specifically, forcing a short squeeze on 200 million shares might make a nice profit.
    I haven't found any news on when the rule would take effect.
