In my opinion only, let us review this as a logical opinion. Within 30 days, the stock went from 26.50 to less than 24.00. Several downgrades to 20 to 18.00 range. Dividend payment is February 11. Now this becomes a liability because the investment is not growing but it is shrinking. How low can this stock fall? There is usually a pullback after a dividend payment. Dividends are great for investor but bad for investment. You might get a small dividend check but how much money would you lose if you bought tis 30 days ago when it was trading for 26.50. What will happen after Friday night when 6 insiders sold over 11 million dollars worth of shares? What does this tell you? You think maybe it is possible that they know this could go a lot lower after dividend payment. My best guess is this stock will hit newer 52 week lows from 16 to 18 dollars. That is my opinion only. It does not show any faith in this company if insiders are selling. Maybe you guys could recoup your money, invest in a company that could grow double or triple and be a new leader in their field. What company would that be? AMD. The new rising giant is AMD. The new fallen giant is Intel. Especially when the new 64 bit ARM server comes out. I can not wait. Do you think it is possible that insiders sold their shares to buy shares of AMD. I would not be surprised.
"Do you think it is possible that insiders sold their shares to buy shares of AMD."
Directly buy AMD shares?
Absolutely not, but they probably got some AMD share scraps if they bought ETF and mutual funds.
"What company would that be? AMD. The new rising giant is AMD. The new fallen giant is Intel. "
Your opinion only and there are not too many people who share it.
"I can not wait."
Yes, good luck. The AMD board is active and you can find much more about AMD there. Continue to do your investigations.
"Several downgrades to 20 to 18.00 range."

I expect Intel to be at $30+ by the end of Q1 of 2014. Whether it will happen prior to that time is dependent on too many factors to really assess. At some point the realities of Intel will drain the moat of Wall Street stupidity. I can't believe that they are still in denial.
