Looks like Intel outperformed the QQQ, currently down 1.27% against a QQQ down 1.67%. Intel is also outperforming Qualcomm which is down 1.95% and ARM Holdings which is down 2.63%.
Intel's quiet period begins shortly and will report earnings on 4/15 promptly after market close. Investors are expecting revenues of $12.81B, which is up modestly from the $12.58B achieved from the year-ago period.
That's all for the Intel report. Check in next time.
Do you own any calls on Intel for the time being?
Just a reminder too, I would do my best to stay away from attacks.
Responding to attacks themselves also is a big waste of time.
I feel the need to defend also, but trust me when I tell you that
posters such as pumper-kryptonite aka Warreneast, among some others,
have more time on their hands.
If you really like Intel's potential, focus on the company itself and not what people
here say about you. Really is a waste of time.
The markets need to turn around promptly then, but so far still working off the bearish macd histogram divergence. and a bearish engulfing candle today, higher high, higher low is not a positive sign for the markets with the macd line clearly down on a crossover. The positive is that,so far, the pullback has been rather modest as the overbght conditions get worked off, ie a drop of about 2 percent for the qqq from the recent recovery highs up there at 91.00, crushing INTC since March of 2009 in terms of performance.
