I'm a consumer; not a Jet Blue investor

and the company really pissed me off. On a flight from Long Beach CA to NYC, my television monitor didn't work. The flight was fully booked so I could not sit elsewhere.

Jet Blue offered me a $5 credit. And to get this crappy credit, I would have to fill out a form and send it in to Jet Blue.

    SCREW THEM!!!!!!!!!

This happened to me on a flight to Fort Lauderdale. I spoke to the attendant who arranged to reboot the system. It interrupted everybody's television watching for a bit, but it made all the screens work. I am sorry that your attendants did not know how to do that.

If you feel that a $5. credit is not adequate, you can write to the airline by sending them an email on their website. I am certain they would rather cause you to feel that you had been treated fairly than to make you a non-customer for life.

    • This is a lie. When a TV doesn't work on a transcon the compensation is set at $15. You are a liar.
