as other airlines are also canceling there flights. having said that, it seems they have been a mess since the valentines day massacre. my last flight to JFK (a couple weeks ago), delayed almost 5 hours. got a voucher... flight back delayed 1 hour and 45 minutes at terminal, then another 45 on runway. to me that spells another voucher, but they just fudged the numbers instead. This is a huge concern to me! i mean this whole bill-o-rights thing is still brand new and you can't be straight up about it and give what you promised?
i used to love this airline, but my confidence as a consumer and therefore as an investor has pretty much been beaten out of me. think they have a lot of work to do if they stand a chance of regaining anyone's trust.
