These guys will just tell you it's an "investment" in the future. Maybe this is true. But what I find perplexing is private industry is thus far reluctant to foot the development bill itself. As long as nimrods like Networthless and Bud roam these boards, taxpayers will once again be targeted as the "wildebeasts" of development! LOL!
