Fortune special edition and the article title is , "The man powering up GE"
"John Krenicki is the most important executive at GE's most important business. Could he run the whole company someday? By Beth Kowitt"
Just received this edition in the mail. Below is a link to magazine index with brief article intro, but can't as yet find link to actual article. Boss is once again telling me if I don't get moving, I'm going to make people late for Animal Kingdom. Here is a quote from GE's CEO of their energy unit (John Krenicki) "Were going from oil and gas to electric cars in 30 minutes". He is responsible for a 45 BILLION dollar business unit that is the biggest industrial unit in the company and EXPECTED to be the one "that can moves the needle" on revenue for the company. Several other interesting quotes, in the article like, what keeps him up at night, "one of his competitors out maneuvering him to get a 10 Billion dollar business he failed to see". He sees EV's in 30 MINUTES (reference earlier quote) our shorts don't. My money's on John being the one that is correct.
