Elon Musk's accomplishments are remarkable. He came to North America with next to nothing. Got degrees in Physics and Business and was admitted to Stanford U for PhD in Physics. Started Zip2 (sold for $300M), started PayPal (sold for $1.5B). Solar City investment doing well. SpaceX with cutting edge tech that entire countries take decades to master and $Bs and it is succeeding.
Tesla? They are producing the cars at the rate of 20,000/year. The car is functional and got a waiting list. Yes, the manufacturing needs to be optimized along with the supply chain. Risky to be long on a start-up based on new tech, but riskier to be short with a such a huge short interest and Elon Musk's track record. Before anybody bashes him, please post their track record first!
