Have you test driven this "scam" car? Have you read the reviews, or studied the business? There's no scam here. It's just a super-amazing car backed by a company with a business model that's so amazingly disruptive most people still can't see it. Buy it and hold it long term. It'll go up and down in the years ahead, but mostly up. Or, short it and lose your money. I know this is going to p*** off some the Obama haters out there, but Obama will get credit for supporting Tesla just as he deserved credit for saving the American auto industry.

They defaulted on their loans, cancelled the Base Model S, cancelled (or delayed) the Model X, they have repeatedly run out of cash. They lost $200 million because the production launch was a fiasco. And now they are having an 'awesome' quarter with predicted profits of $0.14 based in part on accounting changes.
Why not explain why that is "amazingly disruptive."
Those stages only apply to normal human beings. In the case of SHORTS, all their stages equate to plain unadulterated STUPIDITY. This one was SO OBVIOUS, but they can't see the forest for the trees, because their SHORT. LOL :-)
