(( ... and the 133 cars which are already on the road will certainly stimulate sales. ))
133 cars sold at a loss,
PS: Norway is giving massive benefits to EV buyers, that cant' last ifEVs catch on.
All governments are pushing EVs. It will last as long as global warming is an issue so for the foreseeable future. Also Tesla is production constrained so it doesn't matter how many they sell, because they sell everything they can make.
Watch out your loosing your edge go back to their lying, can't produce cars, can't sell etc. some may misinterpret your comment of 133 cars in a week in a small part of Europe to be a real positive. Especially in the first week offered
more Bolshvik Welfare steal some else's tax dollars and give a Rebate for a "green" car that burns fossil fuel to power it Anyway, it all makes sense 133x 70 K wow thats a start no wonder the stocks at 160 +++.
Norway is oil rich. They decided in stead of guzzling it themselves they would be very progressive in using other fuel sources. As a result, they have a huge export market in oil. Norway's oil policy is credited as the main factor in why the average Norwegian's income is twice that of an American.
Norway has a policy that their oil belongs to Norway citizens. Norway has more sovereign wealth than any other country. Most Norwegians can afford a Tesla and the government could afford high incentives without borrowing a cent. Norway managed their oil wealth wisely. The US #$%$ it away to the oil companies and the 1%.
Norway doesn't burn fossil fuels for electricity. 95% is from hydro alone. So let's see, what makes more sense: using cheap hydro or relatively expensive fossil fuels? What's better for their economy? What's better for their trade balance? What's better for their environment?
$161.88 is just a number. Obviously this is a scam. The media is pumping Tesla and raving about 133 sales in Norwary as if it is meaninmgfull.
BTW did you notice how upset the pumpers are that I exposed the truth about Norway.
The deaf, dumb and blind asking the deaf, dumb and blind?
I'm going to go out on a limb here. Let me guess: he's concerned. He's bearish. He thinks Tesla has no demand for it's cars. He thinks they're going to lose money.
Why wouldn't the massive EV benefits continue in Norway? The Crown Prince of Norway just had his Model S delivered to him. It is the direction they want to see their country going. More power to them.
