act like its doomed and TESLA has passed it's peak only 3 years after going public. I used to hear the same talk when apple was about $250 a share.
FYI, Tesla is no into year number 11! It also means Tesla is into year number 11 of no profit and over a $1 billion in losses. Really, you think this is progress? losing money is just that, LOSING MONEY!
There are some old dudes who will never change.
They use analog phones, send faxes and write checks at the grocery stores (& blocking everyone behind them).
They say technology is bad. :D
Tesla says over and over again they are supply constrained not demand constrained. After all they are sold out through March. You shorts twist the words of that article. They only started delivering to Germany in September. How many cars do you expect a company that is sold out through March to be able to deliver.
That was not reported. Apparently you need to vet your information better or do your own research. There is a lot of falsehoods, twisted words and bad data out there created by novices, naysayers and competition.
The issue with tesla is the business model.m right now the battery for their 265 mile range vehicle costs 70k usd. For the ford focus at 100 mile range the cost is 15k. Consumers, real consumers, aren't willing to pay that much. That's just the battery!
Right now tesla make their money selling tax credits for zev in ca. Thos end in January. Right now, it's not a profitable model until the cost is reduced, which is years away, and still requires inventions.
Except one little problem: It loses money per car sold. It's just a minor problem, who needs to make profits, anyway? That's so antiquated and uncool :) Oh, a couple of other minor points, it does have competition, companies that make 100s of times the cars it makes, sales are slowing, EV cars are not popular, and its P/E ratio is hundreds of times higher than it deserves. But these are just minor problems :) Do your homework, wizard, before you lose all your savings.
GM has been losing money per car sold, for many years. GM is still here.
Amazon has been losing money, for many years. Still losing. It is a $165 billion company.
Tesla's margin has improved considerably quarter to quarter. How do you know it lost money in Q3? Results have not been reported yet. How did you find out? Let me guess. You are making it up.
Why can't the shorts agree that the Electric car is Easier to produce in Large numbers as Tesla has no need to outsource and make combustion engines which conventional vehicle makers SHOULD SPEND to build!!??
Sentiment: Strong Buy
