On the West Coast not a buyer would bid over $65k for either of 2 s85 models...the novelty is over. Who's wife on a trip wants to plug her car in and wait, especially in foul weather. These are probably great around town or short commuter cars but for over $100k I don't see a business model here.
If Tesla provided free electricity for life, the car is not competitive ($$$) within the mass market.
For alternative fuel cars to gain mass market net cost has to provide some monetary benefit.
