some "common sense" about WHO WILL BE BUYING TESLAS "IN GERMANY"...AND THIS APPLIES TO MUCH OF EUROPE...

    a. I'VE BEEN TO GERMANY... lived in Asia for a while... been to more than half the U.S. states...etc.

    b. NOW... one thing "becomes PRETTY OBVIOUS"...

    c. MANY PEOPLE COMMUTE... and have a "local office type job" ...BUT THERE ARE A "HUGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE" out on THOSE EXPRESSWAYS... who are in "regularly traveling AS PART OF THEIR JOB... many of these people are involved in some type of SALES" and "put MANY MILES ON A CAR" going " from "one biz appt to another" ...meaning they put "hundreds of miles PER WEEK" doing this, etc.

    d. during 9-5 hours NOTICE THE HUGE AMOUNT OF CARS out on EXPRESSWAYS... during normal biz hours... THERE ARE HUGE NUMBERS OF CARS OUT THERE TRAVELING ON THE EXPRESSWAYS...
...I NOTICED THIS... AND YEARS AGO...used to "ask myself" questions LIKE...

who are all these people "out on the road"... "don't they have a job???" ...why aren't they in an office or factory or "retail sales"...WHAT ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE DOING OUT AND ABOUT...when you would expect THAT MOST PEOPLE WOULD BE IN A "FIXED LOCATION" WORKING???

THE ANSWER IS: THEY TRAVEL "A LOT" AS PART OF THEIR JOB!!! meaning they "put mucho miles on a car" in the conduct of their JOB...

    E. NOW "IN GERMANY FOR EXAMPLE:

    1. I've been there (my brother was one of 12 European reps for a big American multi, etc.)...I went with him on "biz stuff" all over his territory in Germany...Frankfurt, Nuremburg, Munich...and we did "a lot of high-speed driving on the Autobahn"...
...stay out of the "passing lane he warned me when I was driving" THESE PEOPLE EXCEED 100 MPH... in that lane...stay in the center lane, etc.

    2. Now, in Germany... most of the "biz crowd" live in cities... and USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION... subways, buses, trains, and... BICYCLES were big with people who lived in the cities "like ten minutes from where they worked"...

    3. despite this "bicycle and use of public transportation" THERE WERE LOADS OF CARS ON THE AUTOBAHN ...driving at "high speeds" AND MANY OF THESE PEOPLE..

    • many of these people DURING NORMAL BIZ HOURS ...WERE "LIKE SALES PEOPLE" GOING BETWEEN MAJOR GERMAN CITIES ON "BIZ APPT MEETINGS, ETC."

ONE THING MY BROTHER MENTIONED "THAT SUCKED ...WAS THE "PRICE OF GAS" ...(his company reimbursed him for traveling... but none-the-less...SOMEONE WAS "PAYING FOR ALL THAT "EXPENSIVE FREQUENT EXCESS USE OF GASOLINE" ...compared to the U.S. for example...

      so my point is this:

      a. MOST PEOPLE IN GERMANY were driving BMW...MERCEDES, etc. (the foreign cars weren't common compared to that... and a lot of these were like: Mercedes, BMW, AUDI, Volkswagon, etc.

      b. but the "huge numbers of cars" on the Autobahn HAD ONE THING IN COMMON ...THEY WERE BURNING A LOT OF EXPENSIVE GASOLINE... meaning SOMEONE was "spending a LOT OF MONEY ON GASOLINE... whether it was an "individual OR A COMPANY"...

MEANING: TESLA GETTING "300 MILES for about $3. to do that" WILL BECOME VERY POPULAR WITH "INDIVIDUAL AND COMPANIES" IN LIEU OF "SPENDING" $120. DOLLARS TO GO 300 MILES... (300 MILES divided by 20mph (performance car mileage at Autobahn speedsk, etc.) IS "15 GALLONS OF GASOLINE TO GO 300 MILES ...X $8.00 PER GALLON GAS IN GERMANY = $120. to go 300 miles)...AND LOTS OF GERMANS WILL BE DRIVING SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES PER WEEK as part of their "sales type job, biz appointements, etc.)

so SEE HOW ALL THIS IS GOING TO GO:

      a. when "push comes to shove" MOST PEOPLE AND BIZ "ARE COST CONSCIOUS"
meaning REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY "SPIN YOU OVER THE MEDIA" and recommend YOU DO... THEY GO WITH "THE BOTTOM DOLLAR COST-CUTTING"

      WHICH MEANS:

      b. MANY OF THESE TYPE OF INVIDIDUALS "WHO DRIVE A LOT...whether they pay for the gasoline or their company does... WELL "THEY WILL SEE THE "GREAT COST-SAVINGS in

USING A TESLA "OR A FLEET OF COMPANY TESLAS" TO "SAVE HUGELY ON THIS VERY EXPENSIVE GASOLINE"

      this IS THE "EUROPEAN MODEL"

      A. VERY EXPENSIVE GASOLINE (AVERAGE ABOUT $8. PER GALLON)

      B. MANY PEOPLE AND COMPANIES (TRAVELING SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES "PER WEEK"

      SO...

      • SO COMMON SENSE "FOR BOTH GREAT NUMBERS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO DRIVE A LOT AS PART OF THEIR JOB...

        A. WELL THESE "LARGE NUMBERS OF PEOPLE AND VEHICLES" (you can see these large numbers of people/cars OUT ON EVEN U.S. HWYS...DURING THE HOURS when "other people are in fixed location jobs, etc.)

so there "are large numbers" of cars OUT ON HWYS...DURING BIZ HOURS 9-5 MONDAY THRU FRIDAY...

AND THESE "PEOPLE AND VEHICLES" ARE USING "HUGE AMOUNTS OF GASOLINE"

SO ALONG COMES "TESLA S" ...and YOU CAN CUT BETTER THAN 90% OF THAT COSTS FOR GASOLINE OUT...

IN GERMANY THIS COULD AMOUNT TO AS HIGH AS $10,000. A YEAR IN SAVINGS BY USING A TESLA for "on the road biz sales trips" OVER THE COST OF USING A "GAS GUZZLER"...

SO THAT IS SOME "COMMON SENSE" MATH FOR YOU ...THAT SHOWS WHERE "COST-CUTTIN BIZ AND INDIVIDUALS" ...ARE GONNA GO "WITH TESLA" OVER GUZZLER...

they may say one thing...BUT "SAVING BIG BUCKS WITH A TESLA OVER THE COMPARABLE COST OF USING A "GUZZLER"...

DO YOU REALLY THINK "SAVVY BIZ AND INDIVIDUALS" AREN'T GOING TO "RECOGNIZE AND EMBRACE" this "huge bottom-line biz SAVINGS???"

THAT'S REALITY with respect to TESLA S "savings" vs. "guzzler"... especially IN EUROPE...but here in U.S. and expanding biz...in China, too
