Doesnt look like its trading. Just seeing people message buying and selling interest. You wont be able to trade your shares til monday under DCNRQ.Maria on CNBC said DCN is getting delisted from NYSE. It will be pink next week.
I am new to this so could you explain what delisting is and pink sheet? Thanks in advance!
It means that it will no longer trade on the NYSE. It will trade on the unregulated OTC. IMO, it will open in the .50 range and quickly drop into the .20-.30 range.
Delisting is when the NYSE says they no longer will allow DCN to trade on their exchange. The pink sheets is an OTC exchange that trades penny stocks.
Delisting means the company doesnt meet the requirements to be listed on that index, AMEX, NYSE, NSADAQ, S&P 500.When this happens your stock gets traded on the bulletin boards or pink sheets.Check out DALRQ.That is Delta Airlines stock that was deslisted and now trading on the bulletin boards.Hope that clears it up.
