I am new to this so could you explain what delisting is and pink sheet? Thanks in advance!
It means that it will no longer trade on the NYSE. It will trade on the unregulated OTC. IMO, it will open in the .50 range and quickly drop into the .20-.30 range.
Thanks for all your insights mildred... any opinion on NTII or AAPL?
Delisting is when the NYSE says they no longer will allow DCN to trade on their exchange. The pink sheets is an OTC exchange that trades penny stocks.
Delisting means the company doesnt meet the requirements to be listed on that index, AMEX, NYSE, NSADAQ, S&P 500.When this happens your stock gets traded on the bulletin boards or pink sheets.Check out DALRQ.That is Delta Airlines stock that was deslisted and now trading on the bulletin boards.Hope that clears it up.
Thank you very much for the info. Will it ever go back on the NYSE?
