First it began as a pump and dump scheme. Got to as high as 100 PE. Then they started the dump with shorts piling on the 'bubble stock'.
That floored it a bit. I admit I thought it was floored this week too at around $32 support. WOuld have been I think if not for recent changes.
On the 13th, the company released news that insiders sold a huge chunk of shares. Thats irrelavent I think though it was quite a lot and definately hurt the stock I think. But most critical and I am surprised so little investors do their research and know anything at all, is that their 14A shows they want to dilute their shareholders big time. Red flags all around. I flipped from a bull to a bear in that very instant. I can see the long institutions rushing to the door so fast now, it will be a huge selloff party just like AAPL. AAPL still hasnt recovered. Same situation here, just a bunch of bagholders who held on wondering what happened and wishing the stock back up.
