The City Guide Network being referred to is SEEK's subsidiary the HelloNetwork. It is comprised of over 1500 locally targeted websites. In fact, SEEK owns a website for every city with over 20,000 population and they all start with "HELLO". Example HelloHouston, HelloBoston. Check your own city.
It is to my understanding the campaign will start on on the web eg Google, Facebook and then cable TV. Looking price range $2.80 to $3.10 next year. You never know could be higher. TheDirectory network current gets of 6 million user a month from the over 6 thousand websites owned and growing fast since SEEK started revamping its site.
