    INSIDER BUYING!!!

Has been practically nil. Insider SELLING has been OVERWHELMING!

Why would nearly all the LBIX insiders holding options and/or shares decide to sell almost all their stock in a range from 3 to 5 dollars?

Here's a clue . . . NOT BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THE STOCK WAS GOING HIGHER!!

    Let's review who sold-

    • Yes very very old. So old it goes back as much as two months ago! That's like almost like prehistory or something you know? Didn't a totally big comet crash into earth and like really hurt the dinosaurs about the same time?

    • All this crap about insider trading is so old. It was adressed by Ralph and should be put to bed. I think Yoga is just upset that Ralph didn't mention his name in the news letter. He needs to come up with a new bash, but he can't becuase the stock will continue to climb regardless of what he says.

    • thank you, boo! finally someone puts it into perspective for this clown besides me.

it is so silly to hear this yogaclown constantly bragging about his 100% return crap on a tiny account.

any half decent trader can double a million dollar account in a month.

btw, he also thinks he has a BIG account....lol

    • If you want to beat last years numbers, you should get long on LBIX while you still can get in cheap. Your goal of 104% is a lot less than many of the longs on the board have made this year on LBIX alone.

    • I'm an outsider buying as many shares as I can afford. So put that in your pipe and smoke it shorty the big pay day is coming for longs.

    • I'm not doing too bad considering my account is up 88% since Jan. I think I'll beat last year's 104% considering there's four months left to '06.

    • who listens to you, a guy who proudly admitted that he shorted a stock and dion't even realize that earnings were coming out the next day.

you made money in spite of yourself

    • Obviously I can't tell you how insane it is to dismiss LBIX style insider selling since you're drunk on the blueberry koolaide.

It's one thing if one or two or even three insiders sell off a modest portion of their positions. You can excuse that sometimes. But when you have the CFO, President, VP of Sales, and Directors selling their entire positions at prices well below where the stock is currently trading you are blinding yourself to a very important announcement.

But don't get me wrong - it don't bother me at all that a bunch of amateurs with money to burn are willing to spit in the face of the most basic logic and trading wisdom. We welcome pools of dumb money. After all in shorting LBIX I've made a bet on the wisdom of the insiders against the punters. And you're giving me even better prices than the insiders got. How great is that?

    • Hey Greed

You made your money on the pullback from a 52 week high back to near (just under?) the 50SMA.
      Congratulations to you.
You say you don't currently hold any position.
Why continue to beat up on it? What's it to you?
Y'know the upcoming earnings is going to tell a lot about the way the company and stock is going.
Suppose they beat, and growth is at a very high rate.
And suppose the market reaction is that the price goes up, maybe even hits a new 52 week high.
Are you gonna drop in and admit maybe you were wrong.
Or are you right about everything?
I suppose we can't all be 'superior' investors like your pal yoagcrier who proudly admitted that he shorted a stock and was unaware that they reported earnings the next day.

    • <I currently hold no position in LBIX.>

      too bad for you
