    • no, try 1.2M.

I suspect it will be in the low millions.

Ironically, it will swing LBIX to a profit for the year. Something the bashers said would not happen and a profit I didnt really want. It also is the reason that LBIX is investing in its brands and not just posting profits of .10-.20 per share, something investors seem to want. Moreover, it will improve their balance sheet even more, but it will be very costly on the revenue side. I estimate that Hansen products repersent nearly 1/4 of this companies revenue. This hit could wipe out almost all growth for the year, but ultimately the company is becoming less of a distributer and becoming more reliant on True Blue, something that deserves a greater valuation,

It will also take about 3-6 months to transition based on the time it has taken Hansen to utilize the BUD deal.

This was my #3 fear for the company. One that I felt would take $1-$2 off the stock price. The stock price was $4-$5 then. Guess the market saw it coming, ironically we are believe Leading Brands did not, which I think is sorta true. Anyone that had seen Hansen's moves of late, know that Hansen is thinking big. This isnt the small company LBIX started off representing.

Given the situation, there were only two companies that could take this business away from LBIX and that was KO and PEP. I didnt think either would because they directly compete with Hansen. Perhaps this is a sign that Pepsi is conceeding that Monster is too strong and that its product are not competiting well.

I could care less about the scraps of new products that LBIX will distrubute for Hansen. At this point, its about material payments..
