    Then lbix might come out ahead on this thing and be better off also a legal fight can be a good thing because pepsi does not want bad pr and disruptoin. 2 big american company treating a small canadian company badly to try to take over.I dont thing the canadian courts or people will put up with it.

    • ALL that will do is cause a protracted period of litigation during which LBIX pay$ & Pay$ & PAY$ OUT CA$H to feed the LAWyer$ thirst for money ... where will that leave LBIX? ... that's a BIG gamble ... if they WIN, do they really WIN?

      If legal counsel did their job RIGHT, there should be no lawsuit or; if one's required to perfect the contract, it should be an open & clo$ed case ... any suit should NOT be about WHAT is OWED, only to enforce PAYment!
