    McRay Interview

<<< READ THIS FOR A GOOD LAUGH >>>

EquityMaestro sat down with MisLeading Brands CEO Ralphy McRay for the following interview:

EquityMaestro: I'll be honest Ralph, I'm going to ask some tough questions and your shareholders deserve honest answers. Question 1: What the hell is up with the $3.00 private placement? The stock fell from $4 to $3 in 5 trading days and then you announce a secondary private offering at $3/share? I smell misconduct on this one.

Ralphy McRay: I truly hope that these results and developments are ultimately reflected in the market capitalization of our Company, which I believe to be significantly under valued when compared with other publicly traded beverage firms. We are now in a position to have our company recognized in the capital markets for the strength of both its brands and integrated distribution strategy. That has always been our future; and that future is now. By the way, Wind Chilly delivers a cooling sensation while After Burnout causes a temporary burning feeling at the back of ones throat that can only be properly quenched by drinking more After Burnout.

EquityMaestro: But that doesn't even address my question. Oh well, let's move on. What's up with the asinine reformulation of TrueBlue? Why more Grape Juice than Blueberry juice? How can you continue to try to sell this as a premium juice at $4.99 with this reformulation and why don't you do something to make the bottle look more like a premium juice?

EquityMaestro: Wow, this is going nowhere. I'll try one more question, then I give up on you and your Company. What the hell is going on with the opaque press releases and poor dissemination of information to your shareholders? Your press releases and presentations are full of doublespeak, and the owners of this Company deserve a more honest, direct, and clear view of the Company's operational and financing activities.

EquityMaestro: I'm speechless at this point. What's up with the lack of distribution of LiteBlue and all of the false promises regarding the Kroger placements?

Ralphy McRay: Screw you, Internet Hero.
