If the company would step up to the plate and announce a 10 million share buy back it would only cost about 10% of the cash in the bank, it would prove to investors that they believe this company is undervalued and will succeed, it would also reduce the float considerably and result in higher profits per share as soon as we turn a proffit. I feel this accompanied by insiders buying at this level, would definitely get the stock up off the mat and maybe get some notice on wallstreet. This is a no brainer and I advise all shareholders to e-mail the company and suggest, no insist that they put up at least 5% of the cash towards a buyback. I am afraid if they don't it show that they have little faith in the future.
I have to agree with you. A 10 million share buy back would only give them about one less quarter or burn ... based on projections going forward. This would have no real effect on the long term prospects, but would go a long way towards demonstrating management's faith in the future.
