Goode Partners is the group that brought CHUY'S public.
After the lockup period expired, Goode partners and original key stock holders have been selling out 70% of their shares. Why would they do this? Maybe they feel that the stock is very overpriced, beyond what another company would be willing to pay to buy out CHUY'S.
I would not bet against Goode Partners. If they are selling, I would sell.
I also question how the numbers will look, now that the Goode/key owners have cashed out? They may have been plumped up during this unloading period.
I look for another stock offering to raise capital. I would consider buying after the next offering.
