    • are linked more often in Europe and Japan than they are in the US. In fact, the approval often includes what procedures will be reimbursed and at what rate.

      If the approval

      1) goes beyond small bleeding indications and

      2) is for initial Crohn's diagnosis and

      3) is in France or Germany (not Italy)

      that would be very good news.

      But that's a lot of ifs and boolean "and" filters.

        My guess is that Germany will come next in line,after all Austria & Switzerland initiated reimbursement more than 1 year ago
