Bela, do you own any FRO? its not a buy right now, but it cycles alot.. low 30's is a good price target. The yield there is hard to believe and and the guy in charge of the company is a real schemer.. always looking for new things to do to make money... and he is good about paying back his stock holders.
Another stock similiar to ACAS is PSEC, its been bouncing around between 16.50 and 18 for a while. Get some in upper 16's or low 17.. its got 9%+ yield.
Watch jdawgs LUM, i might pic up some, earnings come out on the 10th.. that yield is so high though, seems like mr. market knows something bad.
Add a financial stock to your mix. Stay away from mortgage originators, and go for something like LUM, who invests in mortgages. Or pick up some NLY. As soon as they cut rates, NLY's dividend and stock price should move up quickly (move up has already begun in anticipation).
I own LUM, but no NLY currently. LUM yields around 15%, but that yield should come down soon when the price moves back above book value.
another stock you might want to look into in the long term hold category is HBC. they are a global bank, they were beat down recently on some u.s. subprime holdings. they pay a decent dividend and have a good record of dividend increases. HBC is an ADR and represents 5 shares of HSBC, the current price is 94+- and the chart shows that its about to have 50ma move across 200ma. Even though they were beat up by U.S. subprime their real story is that they have acquired and continue to acquire substancial Asian bank investments. Example 19% of China's Bank of Communications.. which is China's 3-4th largest bank. They will be paying 3*.85 + final (=2.4*regular) dividend this year, just raised dividend about 12%. the last time they had a 50-200 cross the stock price was around 73. I look for these guys to grow pps 10-15% year, and divy 10-15% year. in a few years its a big long term winner... IMHO

you might put a watch on ACAS right now, load up if it gets to 40.. that stock takes some wierd dips once in a while.
might also watch EGLE, don't buy here but buy if we get a bad market week and it drops to 18-19 range.. ACAS is a keeper, EGLE is a trader. STON is a long term keeper but not a buy right now.. get some if it goes to 23

The answer is the same to you and all of your aliases. Why do you so called people have to be so childish and petty? Do you not have some kind of life to lead? How is this hurting you so much that you all have to lower yourselves to such levels? Why don't you just ignore the things that do not concern you if it bothers you that bad that you have to behave in such a low manner. I do not wish to associate with people who act the way you do. I am the perfect renter, my rent is always paid on time, my home site is kept beautiful, I obey the rules that are in the lease agreement I signed, and I have always been respectful to management. I just would like the community to be ran as it should, safe and orderly with the rules being enforced so that we all may enjoy a safe, beautiful, well ran park. I do not think this is to much to ask for. Corporate has been informed, yet nothing much happens. I guess they just don't care.

Then she goes on about Michael Moore and so much more, more, more. Today we heard some very good words about a previous Sun employee manager, Terry. People loved him and he enforced the rules. Whats with this current one? She hassles residents and won't enforce the community rules.

I moved my buy target down. I agree with the esteemed Mr. TripleEddie. This needs capitulation before it's a buy. $30 is no longer the bottom on this loser trailer park stock. The downtrend is in place. I say $27-28 is the magic number.
The only person who's made capital gains on this stock is the CEO who bought shares with the stockholder's money!

The White Oak property manager refuses to live on the property she manages (actually she doesn't do anything) with her family cause she has drove this community straight to hell without concern for any tenants or her bosses at SUN Inc., This White Oak manager lets the drug house dealers deal in Wht Oak and she has been informed many times over by many. She is a bad person. She keeps her family safe by not living here and puts the children and families that live in Wht Oak at risk with their lives on the line, everyday and night. How does she live with herself? To comment on a previous message. When at the last minute dealers come to pay up to not be evicted, with cash, how do you handle these transactions????? Rent is only to be paid by money order or check. We know your shrewd and will read this and cover for yourself. To late everyone knows and has known. Could you be getting a cut for letting these criminal scum bags do this in Wht Oak. You are no better then them for letting this continue and looking the other way. You are a very bad person. They deal to our kids. You have you no conscience. This is also the main reason for all the crime in Wht Oak. Things are only going to get worse with drug houses, dealers, and users in here. Never have I read on this board that White Oak residents wish Sun Inc or REIT investors any ill will. Quite the contrary we wish Sun and investors continued success.
While residents have only stated the truth about White Oak Estates and the many problems with on site management, we can't even begin to come close to the detailed community descriptions the before mentioned blogsters have brought forth.

Thus far residents have refrained from the media and other options to give Sun Inc, a chance to take care of the problems in the White Oak community.

Who's playa hatin' girlfriend? I love you guys! This is my favorite stock board now. I check here before any of the other boards. This is the best!
The only problem is, this company is garbage. The SEC was all over them and their stock price is in a long downtrend since Nov, 2006. So even with a growing yield, this stock is still a loser. Anyone buying, even at this cheap price, is bottom fishing and better use a tight stop.
The only one I'm hatin' on, sweetheart, is this company. They need to declare a share buyback or do something. Otherwise, this is just a trade for the dividend announcement.
