why does eqr who is residential apartment reit trade at over 14 times ffo and this one only deserves 6.43 times? eqr is a reit also. This should get at a min 10 times probably 12. 10 -12 times ffo $28.50 - $33.48.
this is a absolute crazy valuation at this level imo.it will not last long imo.
a short squeeze is going to be fast and hard since float is not that much. Lots of buying the last few days while short tries to keep it down. shorts should be more concerned about its exit strategy now.
