Where will the yield settle? I have no particular conviction. I did believe yields in the mid 4 range were too low. A little over 5% still seems low to me, and pricing in a longer benign interest rate environment (which may be in the cards). Any thoughts?
True (and I know this is not telling you anything), but hasn't it been higher than the sector for a good while? And many REITS are much less leveraged as well. It could be viewed that Sun is slightly less expensive than others that are very expensive.
The good news is the market gives us opportunities.
