Just was wondering if this would be a good time to short around 49 and cover a few points below that today or tomorrow? Any thoughts on this by the sane people on this board?
I own Hydrogenics (HYGS); Ours has climbed up roughly 50% over the past two weeks.. and from looking at our Q12008 report everyone is saying its overly undervalued. If I owned some of your ENER, i'd have diversified by cashing some of my 40% profit and put it into hydrogenics for another 20%-50%.... see for youself, check out the balance sheet, income statement, etc .... you'll be impressed !!
VOLUME is how you can tell. ENER has never traded over 10M shares in its life. Suddenly in one day, it trades 20M shares. That confirms the move.
The net-buying keeps climbing into the afternoon, which makes this a "break away gap". Typically breakaway gaps are very bullish for future price movement.
What would you do if you were a Market Maker in ENER ?
The stock pops up unexpectedly on a Thursday, and you stand to make $millions by squeezing out shorts caught totally off-guard.
Most shorts on margin don't hold over the weekend.
