exxon has just as much cash (more) to buy solar corps...Energy companies - esp big oil will use their clout and lobbying efforts to push solar, Id rather have big energy (oil/ng) push BOTH solar and the hydro carbons than just oil and apply pressure to marginalize solar within the usg..
energy corps are in it for the money, why do you think GE recently stated they are building a solar manufacturing corp in the US? I frankly am thrilled these companies get it.... less opponents, more push and investment for solar!!!
