Buyback??? 40 Million Shares??? Just what are you smoking?? As of June 30, 2013 quarterly Balance sheet LF has only around 181 Million in cash. And using simple grade school math; 40M * 8.55 share price yields 342 Million dollars!! LF will have to borrow money to purchase the complete 40 Million shares. This is NOT a cash rich company. If LF had a killer product then they could borrow and buy at these levels. But judging from the lack of insider trade buying there is no indication from management that they are confident in their new products and the progress of their company. Your idea is very silly and it will never happen any time soon.
why is buying back shares when price craters a bad idea especially when company is cash rich? WHY NOT? address the question. what does this have to do with day traders? when flip flop market presents opportunity you take it. If share price increases to 15 would u want to buyback then?
