Hearing Unconfirmed Chatter of Jakks Pacific Deal at $20/Share

do you have thoughts on why it's not trading up to the offer price? usually that happens if investors aren't confident that its going to get done.

      1) because it is not an all cash deal for all stock outstanding? Maybe that has something to do with it.

2)If Europe explodes over the weekend, our stock market could go down more and take JAKK with it.

      3) if Jakk's announces new fundamental information that is not up to Wall Street expectations it could go down from here.

      4) JAKK could go down even more.

      • I am not expecting anything here...I am planning to surrender my shares for the $20 and a small profit. Hopefully, I'll have all of my small # of shares bought back. I guess it depends on how many take the offer. If the stock keeps going down because of stupidity, take the (semi) sure thing. If they want to bid it up, then I might do something else, but that doesn't happen in today's market full of robber-barons.
