    • Illegal is an ambiguous term. What is illegal for you and me or by what a judge says does not apply to Bloomberg and what he wants.

      You forget, that Bloomberg pushes through whatever legislation he wants regardless of the legal status of it. If he was able to get term limits set aside so he could serve a third term you think this is any more difficult? The exact same thing happened a few years back when he put the smoking ban in place for bars and restaurants. Bloomberg controls the system - I guarantee you, this will go into effect regardless of the "legality" of it. Give it a few months at most.

      Just remember - this is how America works. It's so great that it's a democracy and this legislation will go into effect because it's what the majority of NYC residents want. (sarcasm intended)
