      • I think that is an exaggeration. IOC has coordinated a list of acceptable operator/partners with the government, who cannot really tell IOC who to select, which has even been admitted by Duma even as he pleads the case for Shell. I would say none of the bidders could be turned down, which means real competition and puts IOC in substantial control now working with the IBs. The Company has even stated in writing, "pleased with the process being conducted by the investment banks and the number of bidders involved".

      • Even so, an open bidding process with more than afew bidders should keep the final negociated price of the deal to be fair! Makes sense doesn't it?

      • in the 2rd world when anyone, and I mean anyone has you by the balls,, THEY SQUEEZZZZZZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE em, HARDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

IOC will have to pay out all of their cash now, and I do mean ALL of it.

SHELL put $100 MILLION on the table, what does IOC have?

I predict PNG takes back all of the leases now. LEMMIE SEE, WHAT COULD THAT DO TO THE STOCK PRICE??????
