to make my point or do you realize that the department of energy and duma et al are so dead in the water that they can not even pay the water and electra bill !
not even 100 bucks left , no people answering the phone
who on earth would leave a 100 M usd bribe making machine, where is shell ? you would think that they had the 100 bucks for the bills.

this is too funny, like a good joke it makes me want to tell and tell it again-
binck-all you guys have left is HOPE that the pieces will all fall into place perfectly and everyone is going to get along. I don't think it's very likely it's going to happen, especially as the delays rack up. What happened to the first DST at T2 that was supposed to occur a few weeks ago now? You guys are so oblivious.

Option 'Just because we havn't heard about a DST doesn't mean they dont have results.PRE saw what they needed to see and paid a prorata $12 Billion for just T-2.

Very important point that people fail to remember. This Dept has been hard to work with for several YEARS (there's some caps) due to underfunding and lack of personnel. As far back as 2009 there have been complaints of no one manning the office, electric being shut of due to non-payment, etc. So the press makes it sound like IOC has failed to communicate to a dept that is full of ghosts. Would be funny if it weren't so important to PNG. There have been constant complaints from more than just IOC.
