We do know they have bids. The conforming bids require PNG govt approval to be binding and the non conforming bids are binding without PNG govt approval.Which will the IOC Board chose.?? Since they have bids its up to IOC to move forward. Its interesting we have this meeting of the head of Japan and PNG to talk about Interoil next week. The means Mitsui talks for sure.Logic states the Consortium bid is also being discussed.Heads of State sign deals so something needs to happen this week
