Very true STP, I used to see alot of value in the SA articles afew years ago. Today it appears that there is no standard that one must meet in order to generate an article. Furthermore people like Adam/Dave recently knowingly lied and impersonated a message board poster to further his agenda. Boarderline crimminal activity. Too bad! ed
Yea, it's a small scale 'tragedy of the commons' problem, as it happens. The SA brand is a collective property and is maintained if authors at least TRY to do DD. But it is open to abuse when individual members don't even try, still get published (and hence benefit from the SA brand) while devaluing the brand for others.
I'm sure not all my articles pass a quality test (for instance, I'm sure I'm quite repetitive on the euro crisis and IOC, but that's mainly because I see so much nonsense written about these, especially the eurocrisis), but at least I try. This guy didn't even do that.
On the other hand, I don't think too many people will take that article (or similar ones like it) very seriously..
