There is only one piece to this story that I do not understand. Assume all the press has been true that the company sanctioned, is the estimate of gas in the structure for the wells that hit, or are they trying to guess the whole capacity of the whole structure they punched through? It just seems to me, they can sink 4-5 more wells, with 2 more nice hits and the value soars. 3.9 million acres is a lot of acres. So the value is probably higher, if they hook up fairly to a supermajor and if lucky, do not have to develop their own processing much. XOM seemed to be a good fit if they can all play nice in the same sandbox.
