This clearly blows up all the shorts arguements as has always been the case. The shorts as Cramer says "They know nothing" then again "They Know Nothing". Further how does one cover their short 9.5 million short with this type news without losing a great deal of money!!.
This is gonna be fun!!
The shorts become longs is what will happen. Its how one defines HEDGE FUND.
It is quite amusing, after how many times you exhorted me to "Talk to WA", "talk to CV", talk to anyone from IOC, that you cite only one source from IOC -- a readily available slide presentation. So much for anything of value from your exclusive sources.
It will be interesting to see on how many of the items/named sources in your piece, Jim Cramer says "He knows nothing", "He knows nothing."
It is obvious that this is a game changer with momentum carrying us to the finish line which is in sight and should current trends continue we should be near the optimunm point of entry with payyout soon.

The parallel thread currently running regarding O'Neil's trip to Indo and talk about using that country's capability to build roads etc suggests competition with the Chinese is yet another facet of this Rubic's cube.
There's a basic tenet of ecology that the more diverse the ecosystem the more durable. O'Neil might be a tree hugger.
The key question for all of us is not what or how? Its when and how much to the shareholders in price per share? Those are the questions most of us want to know with when helping the how much,
I agree..IOC must be under tremendous pressure this week as they have a cc on thursday...IF they don't come up with something (ONeill said BEFORE end of this year), this stock will go down a lot because of yet another DELAY...
I hope this doesn't happen..but it will give us another BIG opportunity to buy in at better prices (my guess that will be in the mid 40tees)
what does this board think they are gonna announce on thursday? comment welcome..
