If XOM deal is taking so long, why doesn't IOC put up itself for sale at, say, $85?

If XOM deal is taking so long, why doesn't IOC put itself for sale at a mere $85? trust me, I will be so happy to get $85 and get out of this stock and i am sure you are thinking the same.

wouldn't Shell be interested to buyout at $85? come on, are you serious? and if yes, why doesn't Interoil go for it? all i need is $85

Are you talking AUCTION a la the Texas Water Rampage Water Park bankruptcy sale?

"mere $85" ? You'll NEVER see $85 again, DUMB-BASS. What rutabaga truck did you fall off?

      • why will we never see $85 again? are you saying I will be stuck as a losing bagholder forever in this one? no chance of escape?

i have seen fire sale auctions and some things get sold for top $. I think it's a good option personally to try it out at least and see if anybody in the entire world is willing to cough up a mere $85 for it. at least we know where we really stand in big oil's eyes. thats just my personal opinion. does anyone have a better escape plan from this stock?
