Let's face it, all of us longs are stuck with this situation for as long as we can handle the drops. In the face of a record quarter and surging revenue, the stock tanks every single day since the announcement. When you look at the institutional holders, you can make a simple observation: either they know something we don't know or they don't and are forced to sell because of some equation they created to control risk. Since they have specialists in these sectors, one has to assume that if this was a good investment at 4 bucks, it would be a great investment at 3.50. So, someone is selling en masse and someone is buying en masse. Who is it? Both sides are doing it for a reason they believe makes sense. If the entire sector is to blame, then quality usually surfaces once the dust settles. Can anyone really tell if this is a quality stock? I doubt it. So, at the end of the day, this stock is one I should never have entered because it is a small piece in a huge pool controlled by market makers who swamp the little guy like we were ants. What to do now? My call is to wait it out and cut my losses. This stock is a sucker bet IMHO>
The very same thing is going on with CNIT! It appears to have a legi- business and has many advocates (small time buyers) but nobody really knows what is going on. It goes down significantly each day as the stock market goes up?
