What does pro-ration mean in the context of the offer:
"Arris, Suwanee, Ga., agreed to pay $13.75 cash or 0.9642 share for each share of C-Cor, State College, Pa. That payment is subject to pro-ration if C-Cor holders choose more than 51% in cash or 49% in stock. "
Does that mean the C-Cor stockholders get paid close to 50% cash and 50% stock? If so, at around $10 for ARRS stock price, this mean around $12 per stock of C-Cor? This is what seems to be their stock price.
