    Potential for Dividend Increase

    NSEC has the lowest payout ratio of the top 10 insurance company dividend payors (see report below), had a strong history of raising dividends every year until they had the issues with the multiple hurricane season and the financial crisis and their CFO said the reason they wanted to reduce the dividend was to rebuild the balance sheet which they have made a lot of progress on.

    Unless we see some bad weather this year, I don't see any reason not to get an increase.
