Ha ha ha ha ha....Another blow hard manager trying to save their job. You are the problem. All is NOT rosy on the inside. The workers know it, the world nows it and more importantly the former customers know it.If your most recent impression of Dell is bad, odds are you are going to try another vendor before you go back, if you ever go back.
