    Dell employees leaving in masses over new comp plan

    It is true.

    She forgot to add that the top reps who consistently do a great job are now "capped out" at 150% attainment. That's right..if a sales person overachieves against quota, they literally PENALIZED because Dell refuses to pay someone for an extraordinary job. Where is the motivation to do your very best? I understand now that the best sales people feel robbed for having done a good job. As expected, many of our top sales guys called in sick the next day to find other jobs elsewhere.
