$11 to $14 range
I expect that if there is an LBO for DELL the price will be in the $11 to $14 per share range. $12.50 per share is a nice premium over DELL's past year average trading price, which is a common criteria used when pricing LBO's.

Agreed. Take "unders" do happen. The few press reports suggesting higher prices are from dubious sources and appear suspicious. As the days pass by this stock becomes a vehicle for daytraders to use the media to spread rumors , so they may gain .25 cents to .50 cents per share on a mid day rumor pop.

So when the CEO's of Microsoft and Intel make public comments about the possible LBO, those are called rumors? What rumors are you referring too?
