using actual data, i calculate 'fair value' (using modified Graham/Buffett formula) of Dell at ~$15. usually buyout offer is in excess of fair value by 20-30%. but this is not a normal buyout offer, so i'll venture $16-18/share.
First it won't close on monday. But the offer maybe announced. Once that is public other companies with large hoards of cash will evaluate putting in there own offer. Two companies that come to mind CSCO and ORCL
