Ichan is a well known lWall Street investor who buys stocks in "undervalued companies".
If DELL is worth $16, $20 or even $24 per share, as many here claim it is worth, then why hasn't Ichan made a bid to buy DELL for more than the current $13.65 offer?
Ichan does not have nearly the money for this. He also needs someone of status to tout as his new president of Dell. For anyone to make a legitimate offer for Dell, they must have lots of investment money that is not borrowed AND someone who can be a real operating president. One of the few who could qualify is Larry Ellison of Oracle and bringing Hurd as President. Ellison could break up the company, keep what helps Oracle and spin off the rest. to IBM. He could make billions more. Check Oracle's balance sheet. Oracle could do a 50% stock swap and 50% cash. Come on Larry put Mike out of his misery. $16.50 does the deal.
