Don't bote YES on the current $13.65 offer and you will definitely get to keep all your DELL shares.
The company will remain public, and the share price will be in the $10.50 to $11 per share price range. from that point on all DELL stockholders can be proud that (for some reason0 they did not accept $13.65 when they had the chance. Who knows, if Mike Dell is able to transform the business , and the stock market remains strong, by 2015 or 2016 DELL stock might trade back uo to $13.65.

If i wanted to sell at $13.65 i would have took the 14.50 they sold for today. I want to own my shares and have this company run by someone who is not trying skin shareholders ,that they are supposed to be representing. Michael Dell sold his company to the public and they let him run it.If he is not running it for the shareholders ,then he needs to LEAVE......
